At the age of twenty-three I faced a recovery journey through major knee surgery and chronic depression that challenged everything I believed about my body, mind, and emotions.
My journey taught me that physical recovery isn’t just physical, it also involves reframing the mental and emotional patterns that keep us stuck.
Finding purpose in my pain eighteen years ago has allowed me to help more than 1100 people in 21 countries move past these barriers to reclaim their lives.
